“I spent the last two days on First Aid for Mental Health training,
and found it incredibly useful learning about signs and symptoms,
and most importantly, what procedures to follow and where to
signpost people struggling with their mental health. I am now
better equipped to listen, understand, and signpost, all thanks
to Jo Martyn and her engaging facilitation.”
